How do I connect my CaseMail account to Clio?

Connecting and Using Clio


To authenticate or re-authenticate your Clio connection please follow these simple steps:

· Login to your CaseMail account

· Click on your name located at the top far right corner

· Click on Clio Connect

· Approve the CaseMail < > Clio access

You should now see the Clio matters ( icon (3) dots and (3) dashes ) on the left menu bar.

If you do not see the Clio matters icon, follow these steps:


· Log out of CaseMail

· Clear your browser history and cache

· Then log back in.
